Returns
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Custom homemade cakes and perishable items (e.g., colors, flavors) are non-returnable unless damaged during delivery.
- Return Window:
- Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Process:
- To initiate a return, email us at tonni@thecakefinity.com with your order number, reason for return, and pictures (if applicable).
- Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns, except when the product was defective or damaged on arrival.
Refunds
- Refund Approval:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing Time:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Sale items, gift cards, and custom-made cakes are non-refundable.
Exchanges
